We want you to feel confident shopping with Fargo. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with our 90-day return policy.
90-Day Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
To qualify:
- Your most recent order must be within 60 days of purchase.
- The product must be shipped back to us.
- Only your latest order is eligible (not all past orders).

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks/credit card companies may take extra time to post the refund.
